Meet Tara Franca
Its wild to think that I’ve spent more than a decade working as the right hand woman in business. From corporate, to bricks and mortar businesses and online brands, I’ve always thrived in the thick of the day-to-day, keeping things running so that the person at the front could lead wholeheartedly.
I also know what it is to be the founder. I've built my own businesses, worn every hat, and felt the exact tension you're in right now, between that vision you hold and the capacity to actually bring it to life. It’s a lot and who you have to become along the way isn’t lost on me.
I know both sides of this world so intimately, and I think that's what makes this work different for me.
